Advance parking is sold out. There is parking street parking available near the venue, though we do suggest utilizing ride share and/or public transportation.

VIP and Super VIP gates open at 11:00am CT.

General Admission gates open at 11:30am CT.

Set times can be found HERE. Mobile app to be updated about a week prior to the festival.

Ages 10 & under receive free general admission. All other ticket types much be purchased. If you are general admission and bringing a child under the age of ten, please stop by the box office to receive your child’s wristband before getting in line to enter the festival grounds.

Re-Entry is permitted until 6pm

All purchases are final and non-refundable!

Wristbands began shipping on 9/14 and are shipped in batches over several weeks. As each order is fulfilled, an email will be sent with a tracking number. For those who purchased passes after the deadline, please bring your order confirmation and government-issued photo ID to the Box Office to receive your wristband. If you have questions about receiving your order, shipping address, tracking info, etc. please email us at wegotyou@jampack.com

ADA viewing areas are available at each stage

While pets are not allowed at Furnace Fest, service animals trained to provide assistance are welcome

Please note Furnace Fest is a cashless event. Vendors will only take card. Credit card payments will be accepted, in addition to Tap to Pay with Apple and Google Pay.

  • Animals, with the exception of service animals.
  • Illegal substances or paraphernalia.

  • Chains, chain wallets or spikes.
  • Fireworks or explosives.
  • Professional cameras and audio recording equipment
  • For the safety and security of our event, our festival team has the right to deem ANY other items not listed unfit or unsafe inside the festival.

Due to Furnace Fest’s increased attendance in 2026, the festival will no longer be permitting chairs to ensure the safest and most enjoyable experience for all guests.

Any small to medium personal, sized bag (personal backpack or smaller).

No, bags do not have to be clear but are subject to search at entry

Yes! There will be free water stations available

 Yes! If you bring a doctor’s note, medically necessary food can be brought. Medication will need to be in its original packaging.

Look out for your fellow festival goers! If you see something suspicious please let a staff member or a member of our security team know.

Crowd Surfing & MoshingPits and crowd surfing are part of the Furnace Fest experience, and the whole thing works because people look out for each other. Before you jump in, know the risks and know that you’re taking them on yourself.

Know the risks
  • Moshing can mean bruises, cuts, sprains, or broken bones, especially when people come in at different sizes or someone gets hit before they’re ready.
  • Crowd surfers have almost no control once they’re up. You can get dropped, kicked, or separated from your group, and there’s no guarantee where the ride ends.
  • These activities can also hurt people who aren’t taking part. A surfer’s foot or a mosher breaking through the circle can catch a bystander who isn’t braced for it.
If you’re in it
  • Pick people up when they go down. That’s the deal.
  • Crowd surfers, aim toward the barricade so security can get you down safe.
  • Read the room. Not everyone next to you is up for contact.
If it’s not your thing
  • No pressure to participate. If a pit opens up or surfers start coming through and you’d rather not be in it, slide toward the edges or find a spot with more room.
  • Grab a staff or security member if you need help or you see someone in trouble.
The fine print: Taking part in crowd surfing and moshing is at your own risk. Furnace Fest, its organizers, and its partners are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that results from participating in or being near these activities. Look out for each other out there.

Furnace Fest is a rain or shine event, however, there are several instances in which the festival may be paused or evacuated due to inclement weather, including (but not limited to): severe thunderstorms, lightning in our festival radius, excessive wind, hail, flooding, or as directed by local emergency personnel. Our team is always monitoring weather conditions and consulting with specialists to ensure the safest event possible. In the event of inclement weather our team will be monitoring and sending out updates via text, stage video walls, and social media. We will have an inclement weather plan in place, if severe weather does impact the festival.
